We are starting the New Year off right with a 21 day fast! This fast is key to walking in unity; we become stronger individually and as the church. In order to prepare, try eating lighter meals or smaller portions and get mentally ready. We are excited to see how God is going to move!
January 1st - 11th at 6pm
This fast is abstaining from solid foods. Typically you drink fruit and vegetable juices, acceptable liquids, and water.

January 11th - 22nd at 6pm
This fast revolves around the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables; avoiding meat, alcohol and sweets.
